An offer to purchase the overage rights of piece of land that is located to the West of Ankerdine Crescent, Shooters Hill, London.
The land can be accessed through the double gates between houses number 24 and 26. The walkway runs behind houses number 24 to 14 and the overage provision of the land is situated behind houses number 10 to 6.
There is currently no planning permission for the site. Providing the buyer with 25% of the increase in land value once planning permission obtained. Buyers may wish to consider submitting their own planning as upon success this would trigger the overage payment form the owner of the property. We have seen a lot of profit made from investments made at low cost and low risk with owning the property.

Shooter’s Hill (or Shooters Hill) is a district in South East London within the Royal Borough of Greenwich. It borders the London Borough of Bexley. It lies north of Eltham and south of Woolwich. With a height of 132 metres (433 ft), it is the highest point in the Borough of Greenwich and one of the highest points in Greater London. Shooter’s Hill also gives its name to the A road which passes through east to west and is part of the A207 road, the A2 road, and also Watling Street.
